 We bought an Envoy Tub and Vista suite aprox 12 months ago and have not regretted it once. As today almost 12 months on we still enjoy the relaxing and fun experience as much as we did the first time we used it. The HotSpring Staff have also been extremely helpful and are always there to give advice on all aspects relating to our Hot Tub. We love our hot tub and spend 5 out of 7 evenings relaxing for 30-60mins before bed. We both work shifts and end up tired and drained, so coming home and spending time relaxing in our hot tub reduces the stresses and strains of the hard day spent at work giving us a fantastic relaxed sleep. We decided not to cover our hot tub and love being outdoors in all weather - it's even fun in the rain because you are lovely and warm with cool raindrops landing on your face. The other evening it was so clear we lay back and watched the stars, we turned the hot tub light off and could then see the milky way, we even saw some shooting stars! Our son and his cricket friends also enjoy the hot tub for easing their aches and pains after matches. One has a knee problem and the theraputic effects means he can now manage to play twice a week, not just once. We have had great service from HotSpring after an initial problem which was sorted really quickly, we had friendly helpful delivery staff and sorted a lighting problem within a couple of days. Here are pictures of us in the hot tub (they are of my husband & Grandchildren). We are delighted with our hot tub & I get great relief from it when my arthritis starts playing up. We got our HotSpring hot tub in January 2007 and after a couple of minor technical problems (which were sorted out very promptly) we have enjoyed many relaxing evenings using it. It is even more relaxing knowing that the friendly and helpful staff at Carlisle are only a phone call away if we need anything. As a former downhill skier from North America, hot tubs were a key feature for the 'après ski'. I was therefore pleased to see the 'HotSpring' hot tubs being sold and serviced up in the borders of Scotland. The sales team from the Carlisle showroom were very knowledgeable and provided us with a promotional DVD which not only gave good ideas on where to site the hot tub but also showed the manufacturing process and facilities, which are state of the art in the design for low maintenance and fully foamed in-place for energy efficiency. Delivery in our case took one week and installation with the two person team took less than 3 hours. While we love tubbing on a sunny summers day, we equally enjoy tubbing on a frosty or snowy day in December. Our hot tub arrived at the end of June and has proved to be an indispensable asset to the family. Aching muscles and joints are soon eased after just a few minutes in the warm swirling water. It is the best remedy to help you sleep - no pills needed! We would hate to be without it now.The tub is in the sunlounge so we use it every day regardless of the weather.It is so easy to use and look after. The whole process of choosing, buying ,and installing our hot tub proved to be so simple and hassle free thanks to the excellent support from the HotSpring staff, and Steve and Jim at the Carlisle HotSpring branch in particular. In reply to your email I can now say that our hot tub is up & running and is everything we hoped it would be - an attractive piece of kit, temperature & jets perfect, comfortable and totally relaxing.Everything about the service from HotSpring has been spot on from seeing the hot tubs at the showroom in Carlisle to the way the hot tubs were demonstrated and the way you kept in touch in a completely professional manner. Even to the point where Jim visited the site where the hot tub was to be installed, to photograph the delivery route through the garden for your delivery people.The delivery, installation and commisioning of the hot tub was all done very professionally with full comunication from HotSpring throughout to ensure everything went successfully and was done to suit our timetable.I can fully recommend your company without reservation to anyone considering buying a hot tub.
